Dear Crafters University follower.

Due to a change in my life, I have found myself with a lot less time on my hands. Until now I have spent quite a lot of time sharing the brilliant DIY videos iv´e found with you all on different social medias, but sadly I don’t have the time for that anymore. I will still find the best DIY videos on YouTube and add it to Crafters University, but I need your help with sharing them. All new videos are automatically added to Crafters University’s different social medias pages such as Facebook, tumblr, TwitterGoogle+ and you can even subscribe to the site with your email if you wish.

But it´s not enough to just be a repository of information, people need to know it exists in order for it to be valuable. So I need your help with sharing these videos. The video creators definitely deserves the attention and anyone that is even slightly interested in crafts and DIY can find a treasure trove of inspiration and knowledge at Crafters University. So please, subscribe to any of Crafters University’s social media pages, or the website itself, and share these brilliant videos with you friends and family. Not only will I be grateful for your help, but your friends and family will thank you for sending them fascinating DIY insight!

Thankfully yours

The winner: Superheroes against cancer!

It’s time to reveal who won the last giveaway contest (and show Dr Octopus). The winner of these Handy Mascot kits is Yahya Can. He wish to give them to an organization that I think is brilliant, “Superhjältar mot cancer” (Superheroes against cancer). These guys dress up as superheroes and visit children in the hospital, bringing joy and hope to those unfortunate that has been struck down by cancer!

A thousand thanx to you Yahya for letting us all know about this charity.

Please share this video with all your friends so that as many as possible learn about this fantastic organization “Superhjältar mot Cancer”. And if you can, please donate to them so they can continue bringing smiles to the children’s faces! I have decided to give 10 dollars for each Handy Mascot kit I sell for the rest of this year (2014), just to lead by example. You can find them here: Handy Mascot Kit

Yahya also have a Swedish blog, check it out!

Who would you give a mascot to?

It’s almost the big holidays and that means it’s the perfect time for me to arrange my very first giveaway! But it’s not like other giveaway contests because this is not for you, but for a person you would like to give it to. So if you have a friend or a family member that you believe deserve and would appreciate their very own Handy Mascot, write it down in a comment on our YouTube page underneath the video! On December 7 I will check all the comments and the one that has gotten most thumbs up will be the winner! I will of course post a video with the result the following week.

Keep in mind that this Handy Mascot kit is not safe for children under the age of 12 years old so only plan to give it to people you know that are at least 12 years old!

If you win this kit, I will send it to you, so that you in turn can lovingly give it away to that deserving family member or friend as a Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa gift! There is nothing to lose, so why not take a chance? Write down who you would like to give this to and why in the comment section on our YouTube page. And don’t forget to share this video with as many as possible and subscribe to our YouTube channel to find out who gets the prize!

Happy holidays!
