Losing screws is the worst. This project helps recover non-magnetic and hard to reach fasteners.
Holly Silva from eHowArtsAndCrafts has put together this video to prove the usefulness of the “split pin” (also called Brads). They have been around for a long time, but seems to have fallen into oblivion these last decades. Split pins are still as handy and practical as ever, and very cheap. They are perfect for making poseable papercraft designs, and if you predrill a hole for them, you can even use them for thin woods or plastic sheets! All we can say is: If you ever wanted to make stop-motion animations with paper, wood or plastic, this is the perfect choice for you! But it can be used for so much more, how would you use it?
